Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important Notice on Subscriptions: TrainXP offers optional auto-renewable Pro subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Account Settings.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrainXP ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TrainXP mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

For iOS users, these Terms incorporate and supplement the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at Apple Standard EULA.

2. Fitness & Medical Disclaimer

CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN: TrainXP is an athletic logging and progressive overload tracking tool. TrainXP does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Resistance training and heavy barbell lifting carry inherent risks of physical injury. Always consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking any new workout routine or physical training regimen. If you experience dizziness, sharp pain, or shortness of breath while lifting, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

3. TrainXP Pro Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

TrainXP provides free basic workout tracking alongside premium features via TrainXP Pro:

A. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Weekly Pro: Renews weekly.
Monthly Pro: Renews monthly.
Annual Pro: Renews annually.

The plans available, localized price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown in the App before purchase and in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase confirmation. The App currently does not advertise a free trial.

B. Introductory Offers

TrainXP currently does not advertise a free trial. If an introductory offer becomes available, its duration, price after the offer, and renewal terms will be disclosed in the App Store or Google Play purchase flow before you confirm.

C. Auto-Renewal Policy

All auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

D. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

iOS (App Store): Open your device Settings → Tap your Apple ID name → Tap Subscriptions → Select TrainXP → Tap Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play): Open Google Play Store → Tap profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select TrainXP → Tap Cancel.

Canceling a subscription disables automatic renewal for subsequent periods. You will retain access to Pro features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

E. Refunds & Purchase Restoration

Subscription billing and refund requests are administered directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. To request a refund for an iOS purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore prior valid purchases at any time within the App by tapping "Restore Purchases" in Settings.

4. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

When registering for TrainXP, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal calibration data (age, weight, height).
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your authentication credentials.
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code, or exploit any part of the App.
Not use the App for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, UI layouts, anatomical mannequin 3D assets, metallic trophy graphics, logos, software algorithms, and trademarks associated with TrainXP are the proprietary intellectual property of TrainXP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account and removing the App from your devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrainXP and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any physical injury, property damage, loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your access to or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
